The GJCC is a community club, dependent on volunteers to keep our kids on the field.

ACT Community Coaching course
Community Coach Accreditation Course
The Community Coaching course is designed for people coaching players at club level, junior or senior. The course will give you the confidence to provide a positive and engaging environment, where your players will have fun, develop skills, compete, and enjoy success.

On this site you can watch videos, learn about game formats for different ages, simple activities to help kids develop their cricket skills, training session ideas, game day planning and suggestions for parents. There are some great free resources for everyone.
The Cricket Australia Coach App provides a lot of helpful information including training plans for each stage, stage rules, and other useful tips for new and experienced coaches. Search for 'CA Coach' in you app store of choice.
Injury/Incident Reporting

In the event of an injury or incident during a game, coaches or managers can report this directly to Cricket ACT using the above link. A copy of the report will be provided to the club.
